About You
You will be an ambitious and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager, with a passion for building and growing high value fundraising partnerships that bring about transformational change. You will bring excellent communication skills and a motivated, results-driven attitude.
About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.
About the Team
A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. You will be joining the team at an exciting time for growth and this role will play an integral part in our strategy building on our successful existing corporate partnerships. The Partnerships team are based across the UK, working remotely but with regular opportunities for face to face meetings with the team, partners and beneficiaries. We work collaboratively and are a highly motivated team striving to make a big impact!

We have an exciting part-time vacancy within our exceptional front of house team to join us as a Receptionist. Providing a high quality, friendly and professional service you will be the face of St Elizabeth’s to external visitors when arriving to our main reception.
You will:
• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate colleagues
• Book meeting rooms and accept, check and organise deliveries
• Organise and sort outgoing and incoming mail
• Set up new starters on our system, ensuring ID badges are provided
• Book taxis for staff and visitors as required
• Be the central point of contact for all St Elizabeth’s staff
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or environment, and will be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to work closely with the rest of our front of house team, and the confidence to lone work as necessary. You will be approachable and have first-class customer service skills, with a calm and professional telephone manner, alongside good working knowledge of office systems and reception protocols.

This is an exciting time to be part of our HR and Learning & Development Team. We have an ambitious People Strategy and business plan and know that in order to succeed, our people are our biggest strength. This role will see you focus on delivering our management training programme, designing vital health and social care training materials, alongside delivering our 2-week induction and other key training sessions to ensure all of our colleagues have a valuable learning experience.
About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is a great team player, who enjoys presenting and training people to support and enhance their professional development.
You will have a genuine love for learning with the ability to communicate in an engaging and informative way. You will understand the importance of effective L&D delivery, the quality and impact, allowing us to continuously improve what we do. Are you looking for a new challenge, or would you like to take the next step in your care career? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our friendly Supported Living team. In this role, you will;
lead a team of carers to ensure the care we provide is to the highest standard and that education, leisure and work opportunities are incorporated into our learner’s programmes
provide support to the Supported Living Manager, deputising in their absence
work in partnership with our onsite College to support our learners to achieve the outcomes specified in their EHCP.
As part of this role you will also be required to carry out duties as the Person in Charge for the service on a rostered basis, acting as a Duty Manager ensuring safe staffing and responding to issues arising during the course of the shift. It is therefore essential that you are solution focussed and have good problem solving skills.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous care experience, including a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and as a self-motivated individual, you will be willing to work towards Level 3. Throughout your working day you will use elements of Makaton, Moving & Handling, First Aid, Epilepsy and Safeguarding so ideally you will have experience or knowledge in these areas (though full training will be provided during our induction).
This role will see you lead a team of staff under the direction of the Manager, so you will be pro-active and versatile with a positive can-do approach to your work. No two days are the same, so the ability to respond calmly and methodically to unforeseen events is essential to ensure the smooth running of the service.

We are looking for candidates with a positive approach and excellent professional skills. The successful candidates will have knowledge of potential communication and dysphagia difficulties associated with the Learning Disability population and knowledge of assessment tools and a range of appropriate therapeutic interventions relevant to the client group.
